This Zepbound natural recipe is a 4-ingredient homemade drink designed to support digestion and metabolism using lemon, ginger, ACV, and honey.


Ingredients

Fresh lemon juice – 1 tablespoon

Grated ginger – 1/2 teaspoon

Raw honey (or agave) – 1 teaspoon

Apple cider vinegar – 1 tablespoon

Warm filtered water – 1 cup


Instructions

1. Add lemon juice, grated ginger, raw honey, and ACV into a glass.

2. Pour warm water over ingredients.

3. Stir well until honey is fully dissolved.

4. Taste and adjust: more lemon or water as needed.

5. Serve warm or chilled.

Notes
