I was born in the sun-soaked hills of Florence, Italy, where life was slow, sweet, and always centered around the table. Some of my earliest memories are of sitting on a wooden stool beside my Nonna, watching her hands fold dough for fresh pasta or sprinkle sugar over warm ricotta pastries. Food wasn’t just nourishment in our home, it was a love language. It brought us together, healed heartbreaks, and marked every celebration.
